Margaret Fox and Frank Reilly Families
From Carolyn Fox Bernat received 2001
Margaret was the daughter of William and Jane (Elliott) Fox. She lived in Fall River, MA and at the age of 13 or 14 carried lunches to the mill workers across the way. It is thought that she is buried in Oak Grove Cemetery, Fall River, MA (undocumented). She and her son-in-law, Mr. Cookingham, drank pure alcohol and were found dead at home of accidental poisoning. Her husband, Frank died from cancer in a nursing home. The family name of Reilly is also spelled Riley. When son Thomas entered the Army on May 18, 1918 during World War I, his name was changed from Reilly to Riley and so it remained throughout his lifetime. Frank Patrick Reillys parents names were Patrick Riley and Catherine Smith. They came from Troy, NY.
